While this set does have a bonus sheet, it functions differently from every other bonus sheet we’ve had.
Typically, a set will have one card in every pack from the bonus sheet, but in Final Fantasy only ~33% of packs will contain a card from the bonus sheet.
There are 64 cards on this bonus sheet, which is roughly the same as the number of cards that were in the Outlaws of Thunder Junction bonus sheet. As with any other bonus sheet, this subset of cards will not be legal in Standard. The rarity breakdown is also similar:

Play Boosters may contain cards from the main set (FIN) or the bonus sheet (FCA). Cards from the Commander set (FIC) will not appear in Play Boosters.

It’s unclear if this is something different from the “Crystal counter d10 spindown…” mentioned on the WPN page for players who participate in a prerelease event.

Slots 1 – 6: Always a Common
Slot 7: A Common ~66% of the time, and a bonus sheet card ~33% of the time. The bonus sheet cards will appear at the following rate:
~20.83% of the time this will be an Uncommon
~9.82% of the time this will be a Rare
~2.31% of the time this will be a Mythic Rare
Please note that the above is the approximate overall drop rate of each rarity. So an Uncommon from the bonus sheet will appear in ~20.83% of packs. This is why my numbers will show as different from the ones in the Source article above.
Slots 8 – 10: Always an Uncommon
~0.3% of the time this will be a double-faced Uncommon borderless woodblock or borderless character cad
One of the Uncommons in this set, Cid, Timeless Artificer, will have 15 variant arts. A Cid card will show up at the same rate as any other Uncommon, and every variant art has an equal chance of appearing. This breaks down to ~0.9% of any given Uncommon being a copy of Cid.
Slot 11: Always a Rare or Mythic Rare card.
